Delete your SOLUVAIL account
You control whether your SOLUVAIL account remains active. Account deletion removes access and starts the governed deletion process for associated personal data.
Start in the app
Open Account & Privacy, choose Delete Account, review the effect, and confirm using the requested authentication step.
If you cannot access the app
Email us from the address associated with the account. We may ask for limited verification before acting.
Request deletion by emailWhat happens next
Access is revoked and active processing stops. SOLUVAIL deletes or de-identifies account and journey information according to the applicable retention schedule, except records that must be preserved for security, accounting, dispute, legal-hold, or other lawful requirements.
Before deleting
Save any journey results or transcripts you are permitted to retain. Account deletion is not a way to cancel an obligation, reverse a completed purchase, or remove records another party is independently required to keep.
Confirmation
SOLUVAIL will send a confirmation when the account request has been accepted and will identify any required retention exception without exposing protected operational details.
