These terms govern access to SOLUVAIL consumer services. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice.

The service

SOLUVAIL provides tools that help users organize information, evaluate potential journey paths, and carry approved communications toward adjustment and satisfaction. Outputs are informational and may contain errors. SOLUVAIL does not guarantee a particular result.

Your responsibility

You must provide information you are authorized to use, review important outputs, verify destinations, and approve consequential communications. You remain responsible for decisions, deadlines, representations, payments, settlements, and agreements.

Not professional representation

SOLUVAIL is not a law firm, financial adviser, medical provider, claims adjuster, or government agency. The service does not replace professional advice or representation when those are needed.

Accounts and security

Keep account credentials and devices secure. Do not share access, evade controls, impersonate another person, or use the service to harass, deceive, threaten, or conduct unlawful activity.

Credits and purchases

When purchases are available, the purchase path shows the applicable package, price, credit amount, and purchase terms before payment. A purchaser may designate an eligible U.S. recipient before a gift checkout; the payment receipt remains with the purchaser and the one-time release token is delivered to the designated recipient after payment verification. Credits are service units, have no cash value, and are not a bank balance or stored-value account.

Our credit-adjustment policy

SOLUVAIL is also on a journey to satisfy its customers. If our service falls short or a technical failure materially interrupts a requested feature, contact Support. We will review the available service and usage record and make a generous credit adjustment where appropriate. Credit adjustments are separate from, and do not limit, any refund or consumer right provided by law or the applicable app marketplace.

Availability and changes

Features may change, pause, or become unavailable for maintenance, security, provider, legal, or product reasons. We may update these terms prospectively and will provide notice when required.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access to protect users or the service, address misuse, or comply with law. You may stop using SOLUVAIL and request account deletion at any time.
