Secure pre-release purchase
Purchase credits for release.
This pre-release offer is available only to eligible purchasers in the United States. A completed purchase will issue a one-time SOLUVAIL redemption token. At commercial release, the buyer can redeem it for the credit package shown on the receipt. Payment is securely hosted by Elavon; SOLUVAIL does not collect raw card information.
Elavon checkout shows the package subtotal, a provisional 15% maximum state-and-local sales-tax charge, and the total before payment. SOLUVAIL receives no raw card information. Tax treatment remains subject to product classification, registration, and jurisdictional review.
Your pre-release token
Purchased now. Redeemed once at release.
After verified payment, SOLUVAIL sends an opaque, one-time token to the purchaser—or to the designated recipient when “Buy as a gift” is selected before payment. The token represents the selected package—not cash—and does not expose payment details.
- 1,500-credit and 5,000-credit tokens are distinct and cannot be changed by editing the code.
- A token can be redeemed only once, into one authenticated SOLUVAIL account.
- Repeated payment notifications or redemption attempts cannot issue duplicate credits.
- Support can re-send the same token after verifying the purchaser; it cannot mint a second entitlement for the same payment.
How checkout will work
- Choose a package.Buy for yourself, or record a gift recipient and optional message before checkout.
- Pay with Elavon.Elavon's hosted page collects payment information; raw card data does not enter SOLUVAIL.
- Receive your token.Only a verified provider confirmation can issue the package receipt and one-time pre-release token.
- Redeem at release.Sign in to SOLUVAIL and exchange the token once for the purchased credits.
Important credit terms
- The offer, purchase, token issuance, redemption, and SOLUVAIL service are limited to the United States.
- The current checkout applies a disclosed 15% provisional maximum sales-tax rate. SOLUVAIL will review taxability, nexus, registration, collection, and remittance requirements with a qualified tax professional.
- A gift recipient must be designated before payment. The Elavon receipt remains with the purchaser, while SOLUVAIL delivers the one-time release token to the designated recipient after payment verification.
- Tokens and credits are service entitlements, not cash, a bank balance, or transferable stored value.
- Pre-release tokens cannot be redeemed before the announced commercial release.
- Auto-reload is off unless a future version offers a separate, explicit opt-in.
- Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, lost-token recovery, and release contingencies follow the final purchase terms and applicable law.
